My Plumber San Diego began as an idea for expanding the concepts that defined the original company based in Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland to the Greater San Diego Area. The idea, first broached by Franco Testa to the owners of the original My Plumber, Mark and Wendell Presgrave, became a reality when they joined forces to create My Plumber San Diego, LLP.
My Plumber San Diego, LLP was founded on the same principle that compelled the original company to excellence. This principle is found in the mission statement we share: …to be responsive to our clients needs, this is to be done diligently, quickly and honestly with the highest regard for customer satisfaction.
My Plumber of San Diego is an active part of the community with ties that run deep in North County, East County, and South Bay. We offer these communities repairs and installations of plumbing service as well as installation, service and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.
We receive a great deal of support from the communities we serve; it is what keeps us growing. We appreciate it and we try to return that support in kind. Currently My Plumber San Diego is associated with Operation Home Front, Home Front San Diego, San Diego Council of the Navy League, Citizens of the Sea Services and we provide discounted services to the Military and Senior Citizens.
The following innovative policies originated with My Plumber in Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland and continue in San Diego: Service 7 days a week, with “never an overtime charge,” we do our best to offer Same Day Service to all our customers, but we guarantee Same Day Service to our Priority or Service Agreement Customers or the labor is free. As a Priority Customer, all you have to do is call before 12p.m. Monday through Friday for Plumbing Service or before 10a.m. Monday through Friday for Heating or Air Conditioning Service. We also offer Same Day Service for plumbing on the weekend if you call before 10:00a.m.
