How to Tell If Your Drains Need Professional Plumbing

When you wake up and turn on the water to make coffee, only to find bubbles or backflow in your sinks, you have a clog. If a do-it-yourself drain cleaner does not work to open the sink so you can wash the morning dishes, you need professional plumbing repair.
Call us immediately because you could be one of the 10 percent of US households with a plumbing leak that wastes up to 90 gallons of water each day. Such plumbing issues could easily be costing you much more money than hiring a plumber and doing more damage to your pipes.
It could be something as simple as roots growing into your sewer pipes or something as complex as broken pipes. Either way, call us today for trenchless sewer line repair.

What is trenchless sewer line repair?

In the old days, plumbers had to tear up your yard and open the plumbing in your home to find the problem. Today’s plumbing repair uses tiny cameras that we snake down the pipes. These cameras let us discover the problem without an invasive diagnostic. Once we find the problem, we use trenchless sewer line repair to address it.
Trenchless repairs use one of two methods — pipe pulling or relining. In pipe pulling, we change out the damaged piping for new piping by using a small hole in the pipe run at the back and front. This method uses the broken sewer line to guide into place the new pipe.
In pipe relining, we insert a lining material inside the existing, leaking, or broken pipe. This coating, when hardened, creates a new pipe inside the old one.
All of the trenchless pipes we use have a projected lifespan of 100 years. We use only code-compliant pipe that is chemical-resistant, leakproof, and root-resistant.

What problems can trenchless sewer line repair fix?

We can use the trenchless methods for fixing most plumbing issues. We regularly apply these methods to do the following:

  • Install larger water lines to a building,
  • Install underground piping without harming your landscaping,
  • Repair burst or blocked pipes,
  • Replace pipes that were installed improperly,
  • Replace cracked water pipes,
  • Replace pipes damaged by freezing and thawing.

Call us today for an appointment to fix your drains. We can help unclog your plumbing and install a new pipe without damaging your landscaping or tearing up your house. You can also call us for emergency plumbing services.
